Send a Care Card

Connect with loved ones who are currently patients at our hospitals and let them know you are thinking of them.

Care Cards are delivered to patients Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. by the Patient Experience team.

Any cards received after 12 p.m. will be delivered on the next business day.

The contents of Care Cards are not confidential and will be seen by members of WMCHealth workforce who prepare and deliver the cards.
WMCHealth reserves the right to not deliver Care Cards with inappropriate content.
